As an ELINT Analyst, you will conduct analysis of signals and associated emitters utilizing ELINT data sources, tools, and techniques.  Correlate technically derived data including, but not limited to, one or more intelligence disciplines and with other information to determine the locations and identification of emitters. 


Required Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance required. 

  • Specialized training and 5 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years  

  • All-Source Analysis experience 

  • An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle. 

  • Experience with ODNI’s analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD’s), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction. 

  • Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners. 

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers. 

  • Experience using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE and CHROME.
